Grand Canyon Typography Project
Having to create a visual post card without removing from the image was very interesting. I wanted to use complimentary colors and fonts in each image. The first image I used the teal as a complimentary color to light brown. I pulled the rustic tones as a background color to make the teal pop off the page. The Second and Third images have colors pulled from the photo itself. I  kept the text design simple to allow for easy reading of the small text.

The text placement was key. In the first two images, I played off the staggered rocks and continued with the downward eye movement. The third image was spread across the screen to fill the darker part of the image.
